We are seeking 2 skilled and versatile Turnover Maintenance Technicians to join our SD Ireland Property Management team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely apartment turnovers with a high level of quality control, as well as performing various maintenance duties across the property.

• Apartment Turnover
• Complete all aspects of apartment turnover, including patching, painting, and light maintenance
• Ensure high-quality standards are met for each turnover
• Manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines

• Perform light property maintenance duties, including:
• Heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair
• Responding to and resolving work orders
• Minor plumbing and electrical work
• Custodial tasks
• Coordinate the property's annual holiday decoration

• Communicates status of inventory to Director of Maintenance minimize travel for part/supplies.
• Responsible for being on-call for emergency night and weekend coverage for all SD Ireland Properties (this is a weekly rotation). Must be able to respond within 30-45 minutes. Updates supervisor after weekend and updates notes in management software.
• Actively participates in the clean-up of floods or other major damage.
• Performs other duties as assigned such as exterior painting, building flower beds and snow blower servicing.
• Performs general custodial duties as needed.
• May fill in for other staff during leaves or vacation.
• Attends SD Ireland employee meetings and maintenance department staff meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in painting and property maintenance
• Valid Vermont driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical activities associated with maintenance work
• Physical Demands
• Lift up to 60 pounds
• Adapt to changing work conditions
• Perform tasks such as snow shoveling, working in cramped spaces, and working on knees
